We’re excited to announce that we've upgraded eAlerts! With this upgrade comes real-time alerts that let you know the moment something important happens to your account by instantly sending a message. Set up alerts to notify you via email, text*, or push notifications on your smartphone with our Mobile Banking app**.

**Alerts are based upon the settings you establish as a customer. Most alerts are provided real-time, but some debit card purchases may not trigger an immediate alert. While most alerts will be generated instantly via real-time processing, some payment terminals or ATM systems not owned or operated by Golden Valley Bank and/or system outages outside the Bank’s control may result in delayed alerts. Do Not Disturb settings in your Online Banking account could interfere with the timing of notifications if an alert is triggered while Do Not Disturb is activated. Golden Valley Bank is not liable for insufficient account balances due to the delay of notification, or system errors outside of our control that result in an inability to receive alerts.

 

eStatements

Save paper, time and hassle by signing up for eStatements today. Receive an electronic version of your account statements that you currently receive in the mail. Once enrolled, you will no longer receive your statement in the mail; it will now be available via Online Banking. When a new eStatement is ready, we will notify you through email.

  • eStatements are fast, FREE and convenient with easy access to your account statements.
  • eStatements are available for checking and savings accounts.
  • View, print and/or save your statement for easy sharing with your accountant or for long-term storage.
  • Access up to 18 months of statement history (including check images) from the date you first sign up.
  • Avoid mail fraud and mail theft.
  • Anytime, 24/7 access through your online banking portal.

How to Enroll:

When enrolling in Business Online Banking, you have the ability of designating which accounts you would like enrolled in eStatement within our Business Online Banking documentation. From there, Golden Valley Bank will ensure those accounts are set up on eStatements.

Security Tokens

Golden Valley Bank is proud to deliver the highest level of security for our Business Online Banking customers. We offer an additional layer of security to our log-in process called Security Tokens. This helps ensure that your information is secure, protecting you from fraud and identity theft.

How it Works

Security Tokens verify your identity in two ways. Every time you log in to Business Online Banking, the Bank identifies you, and it lets you identify the Bank.

If you need to move money faster and not pay the high wire fees, then we can help!

What can I use Same Day ACH for? 

To send an ACH credit file. Some examples may be:

  • termination payroll
  • hourly pay
  • vendor payments

What is the cutoff time for Same Day ACH transactions?

If you submit your ACH credit file by 10:00 AM then your receiver will have the funds in their account that day!

How does eDeposit work?

Using eDeposit is simple:

  1. Scan checks
    Using a desktop check scanner, simply scan both sides of the checks in a single pass.
  2. Review the deposit
    View images of the scanned checks right on your PC. The dollar amounts for the checks are automatically read, and the deposit is totaled.
  3. Electronically send deposit to the bank
    The deposit is sent to the bank through a secure Internet connection and the funds are deposited into your account.

How it Works

  1. Input the wire instructions in a template
  2. Select “New Wire” from the template
  3. Input Amounts (if amount differs each time)
  4. Click “Submit”
  5. A Golden Valley Bank Employee with call you or a designated contact to verify the wire as an additional security measure.

Wire Fees:
Fees will apply for outgoing and incoming wire transfers. Please speak with a bank representative for additional information or refer to the Business Online Banking Service Agreement and current Fees and Charges schedule.
Deadlines:
Domestic and International wires initiated by visiting a branch or through other means by 1:00 PM PT, or online by 12:00 PM PT, will be processed that day. Wire transfers initiated after that time (the “cut-off”) or during weekends or Federal holidays will be effective the following business day.

Positive Pay

Reduce Your Risk of Check & ACH Fraud

Protecting your business from potential check and electronic transaction fraud is easier now more than ever with our Positive Pay services.

Check Fraud Detection

The system matches checks presented for payment against a list of checks your company inputs in the system. Checks that are not in the list of authorized checks are presented as an exception to allow you to pay or return.

ACH Fraud Detection

You create rules for electronic items to alert you to potential fraud. Items that do not meet the rules are presented as an exception to allow you to pay or return.

Check and Account Reconciliation

Account reconciliation tools provide a quick way to reconcile your accounts enrolled in Positive Pay. Additional tools for check reconciliation are provided to list the checks that are outstanding, paid or issued.

A variety of reports are available in various formats.
