Jim’s banking expertise is centered in commercial lending where he has held production and managerial positions for several local regional and community Banks including Mid Valley Bank and North Valley Bank. Jim earned a B.S. in Business Administration, (Finance) from California State University, Chico and is a graduate of the Pacific Coast Banking School at the University of Washington.

Her current position as Vice President, allows her to support Sierra Nevada’s Corporate and Social Responsibility initiatives as well as advocacy and philanthropy -both internally and externally for the company. With a passion for community and collaboration– Sierra looks toward solutions at the crossroads where business and philanthropy meet. Sierra has been involved in the local community in a variety of roles, serving on nonprofit boards focusing on sustainability, local resources, and education. Her current board seats include the Chico Chamber of Commerce, California Craft Brewers Association, and the John Muir Trail Wilderness Conservancy. Sierra graduated from California State University, Chico, with a degree in Health Science.

The company name changed to Stratti in 2015, where they currently employ 25+ people, and support companies throughout the USA. Brent went to Butte College for AS in Electronic Technology and studied at San Jose State for his BSEE while working at various startup Engineering Companies. He has designed computer systems and peripherals, and managed Technicians and Engineers for various large companies.
