	Mark Kimmelshue Chairman of the Board, Golden Valley Bank Mark is General Manager/CEO of Associated Rice Marketing Cooperative (ARMCO). Mark earned his B.S. in Agriculture Business Management and Master’s Degree in Business Administration from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
	Matt Gallaway Vice Chairman of the Board, Golden Valley Bank Principal Architect, Russell Gallaway Associates Inc. Matt co-founded Russell Gallaway Associates Inc. in 2001 with Don Russell. Their firm has grown from the original 2 principals to the now mixed Architectural and Engineering staff of 16. Matt earned his B.A. in Architecture from University of California, Berkeley.
	Syl Lucena Secretary of the Board, Golden Valley Bank Owner, Collier Hardware Syl has been an owner of Collier Hardware since 1973. From 1986-2004 he served as a director of North State National Bank, where he was Chairman of the Loan Committee. Syl earned his B.S. degree from California State University, Chico.
	Mark Francis President and CEO, Golden Valley Bank Mark is the President and CEO of Golden Valley Bank. From 2004-2005 he was the Executive Vice President and Director of Commercial Banking at Umpqua Bank. From 2002-2004, he served as Executive Vice President and Director of Commercial Banking of Humboldt Bank. Prior, from 2001-2002, Mark was the President and Director and Senior Lender of Tehama Bank. Mark has earned a B.S. in Business Administration (Financing) at Chico State and graduated with honors from the Pacific Coast Banking School at University of Washington.
	James Doss Retired, Golden Valley Bank Jim began his Banking career in 1984 with Sacramento Savings. Jim’s banking expertise is centered in commercial lending where he has held production and managerial positions for several local regional and community Banks including Mid Valley Bank and North Valley Bank. Jim earned a B.S. in Business Administration, (Finance) from California State University, Chico and is a graduate of the Pacific Coast Banking School at the University of Washington.
	Marilyn Everett Retired, K-Coe Isom Accountancy Marilyn is a shareholder of the K-Coe Isom Accountancy where she has been employed since 1981. She has CPA licenses in the states of California and Nevada. Marilyn earned her B.S. in Accounting from California State University, Chico.
	Sierra Grossman Vice President, Sierra Nevada Brewing Company Sierra Grossman is a second-generation owner at Sierra Nevada Brewing Co., a leader in America’s craft beer industry. Her current position as Vice President, allows her to support Sierra Nevada’s Corporate and Social Responsibility initiatives as well as advocacy and philanthropy -both internally and externally for the company. With a passion for community and collaboration– Sierra looks toward solutions at the crossroads where business and philanthropy meet. Sierra has been involved in the local community in a variety of roles, serving on nonprofit boards focusing on sustainability, local resources, and education. Her current board seats include the Chico Chamber of Commerce, California Craft Brewers Association, and the John Muir Trail Wilderness Conservancy. Sierra graduated from California State University, Chico, with a degree in Health Science.
	Michael Phulps Partner and CFO, Metal Works Michael Phulps is a dedicated leader in Oroville, CA with extensive expertise in the industrial sector and a passion for economic development. He serves as partner and CFO of Metal Works, a steel fabrication firm, and partner in Skyline Steel Erectors, Inc, and Nor Cal Powder Coating. Michael is involved in many non-profit organizations throughout the Oroville community. He attended American River College and California State University, Sacramento for Construction Management.
	Brent Largent Founder and President, Stratti Brent Largent started PacifiCom with a high school friend in Chico in 1993, providing proactive IT support for businesses and has continued to expand over the years. The company name changed to Stratti in 2015, where they currently employ 25+ people, and support companies throughout the USA. Brent went to Butte College for AS in Electronic Technology and studied at San Jose State for his BSEE while working at various startup Engineering Companies. He has designed computer systems and peripherals, and managed Technicians and Engineers for various large companies. Brent is actively involved in the Chico Noon Exchange Club and has served on many Boards within the Chico community.
	Douglas Guillon President, Guillon Companies In 1980, Doug founded his real estate development company, Guillon Inc. He is a founder of the Chico Economic Planning Corp. Doug has earned his A.A. from the College of Marin and a B.A and Teaching Credential from California State University, Chico.
	Tom Hughes Retired, Interwest Insurance Services LLC Tom recently concluded a thirty-two year career at Interwest Insurance Services LLC, providing employee benefits to companies and organizations across the region. He has led on a number of boards and committees in the community throughout the years, including as Chairman of the Chico Community Scholarship Association, longtime member of Chico Noon Rotary, and Tom currently serves on the Enloe Foundation Board of Directors.
